What is in two capsules of Tribulon Black?
The 2-capsule daily portion gives 1,400mg Tribulus terrestris extract standardised to 95% saponins, which is 1,330mg of saponins. Each 840mg black capsule holds half of that.
How and when do I take it?
Two capsules once a day with 300ml of water: 30 minutes before training on workout days, or 30 minutes before bed on rest days. Don't exceed the 2-capsule portion.
How long can I take it for?
The label says not to use Tribulon Black for more than 6 weeks, which is 84 capsules at two a day. The 120-capsule tub (60 portions) therefore covers one full course with some left over.
Will Tribulon Black raise my testosterone?
We can't say that it will. Tribulus has no authorised health claim in the UK, so we describe Tribulon Black by its extract dose and saponin standard only.
Who shouldn't take it?
The label says children and pregnant or nursing women must not take it; Trec designs it for adult athletes. It may contain milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, fish, peanuts and nuts.
Is there gelatine in the capsules?
No — the shell is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, coloured black with iron oxides and hydroxides. Trec doesn't label it vegan, so check the may-contain list if that matters to you.
Tribulon Black or Tribulon 200?
Tribulon Black is Trec's higher-strength version, with a 95% saponin extract at 1,400mg a day in a 120-capsule tub. Trec Nutrition TRIBULON 200 90 Caps, which we also stock, is the standard version; compare its label before switching.
