How many servings are in the 2000g jar?

How should I mix it?
Shake one 30 g scoop with 200 ml of water or milk in a shaker or blender; milk adds its own calories and protein. Most people take it after training or between meals.
What's in the protein blend?
Whey protein concentrate (from milk), glycine, buttermilk powder, glutamine and L-arginine hydrochloride, with lecithin as emulsifier and sucralose as the sweetener; the chocolate version adds 5% cocoa. High Whey has no added sugar and no aspartame.
Is High Whey gluten-free?
It isn't guaranteed. The label says it may contain cereals containing gluten, as well as soy, fish and peanuts, and it contains milk. If you have coeliac disease, choose a protein labelled gluten-free.
