Your questions, answered
What does one serving of six capsules give me?
4,464mg of BCAAs — 3,126mg leucine, 894mg valine and 444mg isoleucine — plus 1,788mg L-glutamine. The recommended daily portion is two servings (12 capsules), so 8,928mg BCAAs and 3,576mg glutamine a day.
When do I take the two servings?
On training days, six capsules with 300ml of water 30 minutes before you train and six straight after. On rest days, take one serving after getting up and the other at bedtime.
How long will 180 capsules last?
15 days at the full 12 a day, or 30 sessions if you only take a single six-capsule serving around each workout. Trec BCAA G-Force 360 Caps is the same product in a tub twice the size.
Why so much leucine?
Leucine makes up about 70% of the BCAAs in G-Force 1150 (3,126mg of 4,464mg per serving), well above the common 2:1:1 split. BCAAs and glutamine have no authorised health claims in the UK, so we give you the amounts rather than promise less soreness.
What are the capsules made of, and what allergens might they contain?
Trec's current label lists a hypromellose capsule shell with magnesium salts of fatty acids as an anti-caking agent. The label says BCAA G-Force may contain milk, soy, gluten, eggs, fish, peanuts and nuts.
Who shouldn't take it?
The label says children and pregnant or breastfeeding women must not take it. Once opened, finish the tub within 3 months and store it dry at 15–25°C.
