What's in each product's daily portion?
Four Clenburexin capsules: 220mg caffeine, 540mg green tea extract (297mg EGCG), 500mg L-tyrosine, 200mg yerba mate, 180mg green coffee, 120mg ginger, 100mg cayenne and 12mg black pepper extract, plus 200mg pantothenic acid. Four L-Carnitine + Green Tea capsules: 600mg L-carnitine and 364mg green tea extract (200mg EGCG).
Can I take both on the same day?
Check first: Trec's L-Carnitine + Green Tea label says not to combine it with other green tea products, and Clenburexin contains green tea extract. Full portions of both add up to 497mg EGCG, under the 800mg daily limit on Trec's label, but alternating days or asking a pharmacist is the cautious route.
How much caffeine is that?
Clenburexin gives 220mg a day and L-Carnitine + Green Tea about 4mg, so roughly two mugs of instant coffee. Take them earlier in the day and don't add coffee, energy drinks or pre-workouts on top.
How long do the 90 and 180 sizes last?
At four capsules a day, a 90-capsule tub lasts 22 days and a 180-capsule tub 45 days, for both products. You can pick a different size for each.
Will this stack make me lose weight?
No supplement can promise that, and only one ingredient here has an authorised claim: pantothenic acid in Clenburexin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Weight loss comes from a calorie deficit and regular exercise.
Who should avoid it?
Not for under-18s, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone sensitive to caffeine. If you have a heart or blood-pressure condition or take medication, ask your GP or pharmacist first, and take the green tea capsules with food, not on an empty stomach.
Are the capsules vegetarian?
Not necessarily: the L-Carnitine + Green Tea label shown on our listing uses a gelatine capsule. Check each tub's ingredients if you avoid animal products.
