Why is it called 3000 if it gives 2,000mg L-carnitine?
The 3000 is the L-carnitine tartrate in the daily portion of 3 capsules. Tartrate is about two-thirds L-carnitine, so you get 2,000mg of L-carnitine itself; each capsule holds 1,000mg tartrate (667mg L-carnitine).
How many capsules a day, and how long does a tub last?
Three capsules is the daily portion on the label. That makes the 120-capsule tub of Trec L-Carnitine 3000 a 40-day supply and the 60-capsule tub a 20-day supply.
What will L-carnitine do for me?
