Your questions, answered
What's in a Raspberry Power Pak?
Each 6.1g stick gives 1200mg vitamin C, 25µg vitamin D3, 25µg B12 (as methylcobalamin), 150µg methylfolate, 100mg magnesium, 5mg zinc, 35µg selenium and 100mg of ConcenTrace trace minerals. It has 5 calories and 1g of sugar.
Is this the old Electrolyte Stamina Power Pak?
It's the same Power Pak line in Trace's newer 'trace' box, which drops 'Electrolyte Stamina' from the front and lists 19 vitamins and minerals. Inside it's still one 6.1g Raspberry stick a day, 30 to a box.
How much water should I use?
Dissolve the stick in 60–90ml (2–3oz) of water first, then dilute to taste; a 500ml bottle gives a lighter, sports-drink strength. One stick a day is the label serving.
Is 1200mg of vitamin C a lot?
It's 15 times the 80mg reference intake, and large doses of vitamin C can cause an upset stomach or loose stools in some people. Keep to one Raspberry Power Pak a day and count any other vitamin C you take.
What do the nutrients contribute to?
Vitamin C contributes to normal immune function and to normal collagen formation for the function of skin. Vitamin D contributes to normal muscle function, and vitamin B12 to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Is it vegan and allergen-free?
Yes — the box shows Certified Vegan and Gluten Free marks and says no known allergens. The red colour is ExBerry cherry red, made from fruit and vegetable concentrates rather than carmine.
Which other Power Pak flavours do you stock?
Raspberry sits alongside Acai Berry, Concord Grape, Cranberry, Cherry Lime, Lemon Lime, Tangerine and Mixed Berry, plus Sugar Free Orange Mango and Keto Citrus versions. Check each box, as amounts and sweeteners differ between label versions.
