What does a Passionfruit Guava stick contain?
Each 6.1g Passionfruit Guava stick gives 1,200mg vitamin C, 25µg vitamin D3, 10mg vitamin B6, 25µg B12, 100mg magnesium, 200mg potassium, 75mg sodium, 60mg calcium, 5mg zinc and 35µg selenium, plus 100mg ConcenTrace trace minerals. It comes to 5 calories and 1g of sugar.
How do I mix it?
Tip one stick into 60–90ml (2–3oz) of water, stir, then top up to taste; a fuller glass softens the tartness. At one a day, the box of 30 lasts a month.
Is Power Pak sugar-free?
Not quite — there's 1g of organic cane sugar per stick, with stevia-derived Reb A and Reb M doing most of the sweetening. For no sugar at all, we stock the Trace Minerals Electrolyte Stamina PowerPak Sugar Free Keto - Citrus.
Can I have two on a hot or heavy training day?
We'd stick to one: each stick already has 10mg of vitamin B6, the daily amount from supplements the NHS says is unlikely to cause harm. On extra-sweaty days, add an electrolyte-only product such as Trace Minerals Keto Electrolyte Drops instead.
What do the vitamins and minerals do?
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise, at 200mg a day on top of the normal diet; each Passionfruit Guava stick gives 1,200mg. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, and vitamin B12 to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Is it vegan and caffeine-free?
Yes — the box is marked Certified Vegan and gluten-free with no known allergens, and there's no caffeine. The colour comes from beetroot and beta-carotene rather than artificial dyes.
Why has the powder clumped in the stick?
That's normal — Trace Minerals notes that some caking may occur and doesn't affect quality. Store the box somewhere dry and break up any lumps as you stir.
