How to use
Take 1–3 tablets daily. If a laxative effect occurs (due to high magnesium content), reduce the number of tablets per serving. Store in a cool, dry place with the container sealed.

What's in a three-tablet serving?
Three tablets give 265 mg magnesium, 625 mg chloride, 70 mg calcium, 3 mg iron, 40 mg potassium and 25 mg sodium. They also contain 1.8 g ConcenTrace trace minerals, 150 mg kelp, 50 mg alfalfa leaf and 2.5 mg boron.
How many tablets should I take?
One to three a day; three is the full serving on the Supplement Facts. If the magnesium has a laxative effect, take fewer tablets per serving.
How long does the bottle last?
30 days at three tablets a day, 45 days at two or 90 days at one, since ConcenTrace Tablets come 90 to a bottle. Keep the lid tightly closed and store it somewhere cool and dry.
What does the magnesium do?
Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, electrolyte balance and normal muscle function. Three tablets give 265 mg, about 71% of the reference intake.
Tablets or ConcenTrace drops?

Are they safe to keep in a family cupboard?
Keep them well out of children's reach. The tablets contain iron, and the label warns that accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6.

Yes. The label shows Certified Vegan and Gluten Free marks and no known allergens; the other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium and a cellulose coating.
