How many capsules should I take?

What does the magnesium do?
Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, electrolyte balance and normal muscle function. ConcenTrace capsules supply 150mg at the full serving.
Can they upset my stomach?
They can: the label warns that products high in magnesium may have a laxative effect. If that happens, reduce the number of capsules you take.
Are they vegan and gluten-free?
Yes — the bottle is marked certified vegan and gluten free, with no known allergens. The only other ingredients are carnauba wax and a hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsule.
