Why every three days and not daily?
Each softgel holds 250mcg (10,000 IU), and UK guidance is not to take more than 100mcg (4,000 IU) a day from supplements unless your doctor advises it. One every three days averages about 83mcg a day; daily use is only for when a doctor recommends it.
Is this strength right for me?

What does vitamin D do?

Does it contain vitamin K2?
