What's in a scoop of each tub?
A 7.3g scoop of FA Core Gluta gives 5,000mg L-glutamine and 1,000mg taurine, plus niacin and vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12. A 5g scoop of FA ICE Creatine gives 4,000mg creatine monohydrate.
What does the FA Recovery Stack actually do?
The creatine carries the authorised claim: creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise, with the benefit at 3g a day, and one ICE Creatine scoop gives about 3.5g of creatine. Glutamine has no authorised claim, but the vitamins B2, B6 and B12 in Core Gluta contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
How long do the two tubs last?
ICE Creatine holds 60 scoops, so about two months at one a day. Core Gluta holds 40 scoops of 7.3g, so it runs out first: 40 days at one scoop a day, or 20 days at the two-scoop (14.6g) amount shown on its label.
When should I take each one?
Take ICE Creatine every day, rest days included, because steady daily intake matters more than the time you take it. Core Gluta is usually drunk after training or in the evening, and both mix into cold water, so they can share a glass.
What makes ICE Creatine 'ice'?
It's FA's EVERCOOL flavour, which leaves a cooling finish; in the FA Recovery Stack the creatine comes in Icy Lychee. The flavour doesn't change the creatine, and the tub shows 0g sugar and 0g fat per serving.
Which Core Gluta flavours can I choose?
Exotic, Fruit Massage or Mango-Lemon; the creatine flavour is fixed. If you mix both scoops in one drink, Exotic and Mango-Lemon sit closest to the lychee.
Is the bundle better value than the single tubs?
