Your questions, answered
How are the three tubs different?
Core Neuro is a caffeinated pre-workout with 200mg caffeine per 8.75g scoop, Core Plasma is FA's stimulant-free pre-workout in a 17.5g two-scoop serving, and Core Gluta is a glutamine drink with 5g L-glutamine and 1g taurine per 7.3g scoop. In the FA Core Trio you pick a flavour for each tub.
Are Core Neuro and Core Plasma the same formula?
Close to it. A Core Plasma serving has 6,000mg citrulline malate, 3,200mg beta-alanine, 1,500mg AAKG and 1,000mg each of betaine, taurine and glyceryl monostearate, plus tyrosine and choline; one scoop of Core Neuro has about half of most of those, 500mg AAKG, and 200mg caffeine on top.
Should I take Neuro and Plasma together?
We'd use one per session: together they double the beta-alanine and add up to 27mg of vitamin B6, well above the 10mg a day the NHS suggests from supplements. A simple split is Core Neuro for daytime sessions and Core Plasma for evenings, when caffeine would cost you sleep.
How many sessions does the FA Core Trio cover?
Core Neuro holds 40 scoops and Core Plasma 20 full servings, so alternating them covers about 60 sessions. Core Gluta holds 40 scoops of 7.3g, enough for 40 days at one a day.
Why does my skin tingle after the pre-workout?
That's the beta-alanine, 1,600mg per Neuro scoop and 3,200mg per Plasma serving. The pins-and-needles feeling is harmless and fades within the hour for most people; a smaller serving makes it milder.
What do the added vitamins do?
All three tubs contain vitamin B6, which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and Core Gluta adds vitamins B2 and B12, which do the same. Citrulline, beta-alanine and glutamine have no authorised health claims, so we describe the doses rather than promise pumps.
Who should skip Core Neuro?
Anyone under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, or sensitive to caffeine: one scoop has 200mg, and two scoops reach 400mg, the most EFSA considers safe for an adult across a whole day. Count coffee and energy drinks towards that total and keep Core Neuro for earlier sessions.
