What's in a scoop of Core Neuro?
Each 8.75g scoop has 200mg caffeine, 3,000mg citrulline malate, 1,600mg beta-alanine, 500mg arginine AKG, 500mg betaine, 500mg taurine, 275mg choline bitartrate and 250mg L-tyrosine, plus niacin and vitamin B6. FA labels it a precision pump pre-workout.
How do I take it?
Mix one 8.75g scoop with 150–200ml of water and drink it 30–45 minutes before training. FA's label allows a second scoop in the morning, but never go over 400mg of caffeine a day from all sources.
Who shouldn't take it?
Core Neuro isn't for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women, and the label says not to take it with alcohol. Check with your GP first if you take any medication.
How many servings are in the tub?
40 one-scoop servings per 350g tub, which is 10 weeks at four sessions a week.
Why does my skin tingle after taking it?
That's the 1,600mg beta-alanine, which commonly causes a harmless, temporary pins-and-needles feeling. A smaller first serving makes it milder.
Does the vitamin B6 do anything?
Yes — at 9mg (643% NRV) per scoop, vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. The other actives in Core Neuro have no authorised claims.
Core Neuro, Muscle Pump Aggression or Core Plasma?
On the labels we've checked, FA Muscle Pump Aggression has the same actives per 8.75g as Core Neuro, so treat them as alternatives, not a stack for the same session. FA Core Plasma, which we also stock, has the same pump ingredients with no caffeine.
