How to use it
Mix 1 scoop (approximately 7.3 g) with 150 ml of water. Take immediately after training to support muscle recovery, or before bed to fuel overnight repair. Each 292 g tub delivers 40 servings — enough for a full training cycle of consistent dosing.

What's in a scoop of Core Gluta?
Each 7.3g scoop gives 5,000mg L-glutamine and 1,000mg taurine with niacin 8mg (50% NRV), vitamin B2 2mg (143%), B6 1.5mg (107%), B1 0.45mg (41%) and B12 3µg (120%).
How many servings are in the tub?
40 scoops per 292g tub. FA's directions are one scoop before training and one straight after, so that's 20 training days; at one scoop a day it lasts 40 days.
How do I mix it?
One scoop (about 7.3g) in 150ml of water. FA Core Gluta is flavoured and sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame K, so it drinks like a fruit squash rather than plain glutamine.
What will it do for me?
Glutamine and taurine have no authorised health claims, so we don't promise recovery results. The B vitamins do: vitamins B2, B6, B12 and niacin contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Who shouldn't use it?
FA says not to use it if you're pregnant or breastfeeding. Some flavours use the colour E104, which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Core Gluta or ICE Glutamine?
Core Gluta gives 5g glutamine plus taurine and B vitamins per 7.3g scoop. FA ICE Glutamine, which we also stock, is 4g glutamine per 5g scoop with no added vitamins and a cooling finish; Core Gluta also comes with ICE Creatine in the FA Recovery Stack.
