How to use it

What does SinusCalm relieve?

What's the dose?
At the first signs, dissolve 2 SinusCalm tablets under the tongue every 2 hours, up to 6 times a day, and space doses out as you improve. That's for adults and children 6 and over; ask a healthcare professional before giving it to younger children.
Do I need water to take it?
No — the tablets are made to dissolve under the tongue, so you can take a dose at your desk or on a train.
Will SinusCalm make me drowsy?

What's in each tablet?
Belladonna, Sanguinaria canadensis and Spigelia anthelmia, each at 3C, which the label matches to sinus pain with a stuffy nose, a runny nose or postnasal drip. The tablet base contains lactose.
When should I see a doctor instead?
Boiron's SinusCalm labels say to ask a doctor first if you have a fever, and to stop and get advice if symptoms last more than 3 days or get worse. The 60 tablets cover 5 days at the full 12 a day.
SinusCalm or SinusCalm Allergy?
The two boxes list identical actives and dosing; SinusCalm Allergy is labelled only for allergy-triggered sinus symptoms. If your sinuses flare with colds as well as pollen, this regular SinusCalm covers both.
