How do I take it?
Shake the bottle, measure one 15 ml capful and drink it neat or in water, once a day. At one serving a day, a bottle of Applied Nutrition L-Carnitine 3000 lasts just over a month.
Will L-carnitine help me burn fat?
We can't claim that: L-carnitine has no authorised health claims in the UK. The vitamin C does count, contributing to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Does it contain caffeine?
Caffeine isn't listed on the label, but the 50 mg of green tea extract may contain a small amount naturally; Applied Nutrition doesn't state a figure. If you're very sensitive to caffeine, take it earlier in the day.
Is it vegan, Halal and sugar-free?
