How much protein is in one Milky Shake?

How much powder is one portion?
One portion is 30g, which is 1.5 scoops, not one scoop. Shake it with about 200ml of water or skimmed milk; 6PAK suggests up to two portions (60g) a day, one before and one after training.
What does the protein do?
Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass and normal bones. Milky Shake Whey is about two-thirds protein by weight (66g per 100g), so it counts as a high-protein shake.
Why is it called Milky Shake?
It is whey protein concentrate blended with buttermilk powder and sweetened with sucralose, so it drinks more like a milkshake than a standard whey. Choose from Cookies, Vanilla and Strawberry.

Not by the legal definition: it has 13g sugars and 6.6g fat per 100g of powder. Per 30g shake that is about 3.8g sugars and 2g fat, so it is a light shake rather than a low-sugar one.
Who shouldn't drink it?
