Why choose 10X Athletic?
10X Athletic is a trusted name, and every product is sold as genuine UK stock by Vitamingo.
I train at 9pm and every pre-workout ruins my sleep - is PUMP genuinely caffeine-free?
Yes - that is the whole point of PUMP. It is 10X's stimulant-free pre-workout, so evening lifters get the ritual and the focus of a pre-workout drink without carrying a caffeine dose into the small hours. Train late, still sleep.
What does a pre-workout even do without the caffeine?
PUMP is built around the non-stimulant side of pre-workout formulas - the ingredients aimed at the pump and training feel rather than the buzz; check the label for the full formula. Because there is no caffeine, you can also run it alongside your normal coffee if you want the hit separately.
Can I stack PUMP with STIM on my heaviest days?
That pairing is exactly why 10X sells the Pre-Workout Stack bundle - PUMP for the pump side, STIM for the stimulant side. If you combine them in one drink, remember all the caffeine is coming from STIM, so respect its serving guidance.
Which flavour is the odd one out here?
Fruit Bomb - it is exclusive to PUMP and does not appear in the STIM line-up. The other seven flavours mirror STIM's range, which makes matching (or deliberately mismatching) a two-tub rotation easy.
