How to use it
Mix one scoop (5g) with 200–300ml of water or your shake. Take it post-workout and/or before bed — and on rest days too, when your body is doing the repair work. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.

What's in GLUT+?
Only L-glutamine: each 5g scoop is 100% pure micronised L-glutamine, with no flavouring, sweetener or artificial colours. The 300g tub holds 60 servings.
What does glutamine do?
Glutamine is an amino acid your body makes and gets from protein foods, and it's been a staple of lifters' routines for decades. It has no authorised health claims in the UK, so we describe 10X GLUT+ by its dose and purity rather than promise faster recovery.
When should I take it?
Mix one 5g scoop with 200–300ml of water or your shake after training or before bed, and keep going on rest days, as 10X suggests. At one scoop a day the tub lasts 60 days, or 30 if you take a scoop at both times.
Does unflavoured glutamine taste of anything?
Very little — the micronised powder is fine and almost tasteless, so it stirs into water, juice or a protein shake without changing the flavour.
Is GLUT+ vegan and tested for banned substances?
Yes — the tub is marked 100% vegan product and carries the Informed Sport logo, meaning every batch is screened for banned substances. 10X also lists it as gluten-free with zero sugar.
GLUT+ or CRE if I can only buy one?
Go for 10X CRE first: creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise at 3g a day, and glutamine has no equivalent claim. GLUT+ is the add-on for people who already like glutamine in their routine, and the two mix happily in one drink.
