What is the difference between PUMP and STIM?
STIM is the caffeinated pre-workout built around energy and focus. PUMP is stimulant-free and built around blood flow and muscle pump.
Can I take both at the same time?
Yes - that is the point of the stack. You can also take PUMP on its own when you want to train late without caffeine.
Why is Fruit Bomb missing from STIM?
Fruit Bomb is only stocked in PUMP. Every other flavour is available in both tubs.
Why would I own two pre-workouts at once?
Because your week is not one session. STIM is the high-caffeine tub for early starts and heavy days; PUMP is caffeine-free for evening training or second sessions. Owning both means the right tool every time - and the bundle throws in a free 10X shaker.
How do I split them across a training week without overdoing the stimulants?
A simple rule works: STIM when you train before mid-afternoon, PUMP any time after. Treat it with respect: it is a high-caffeine formula, so it is not suitable for under-18s or during pregnancy, and every serving counts towards your caffeine total for the day. Skip the extra coffees around training, start with half a serving to test tolerance, and keep it well away from bedtime.
Can I really mix and match the flavours in the bundle?
Yes - you choose each tub's flavour independently, which gives 56 combinations across the two ranges. Run Apple Attack STIM with Fruit Bomb PUMP, double up on Wreck it Raz, whatever keeps the rotation interesting.
Is the shaker actually free or just marketing?
It is included in the bundle price - a 10X shaker shipped with the two 600g tubs, so the stack arrives train-ready. Compared with buying each tub separately, the bundle is the cheaper way into both formulas.

All orders are sent with 24h tracked delivery.
Same-day dispatch
Order before 3:30pm Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch. Order before 12pm Saturday for Saturday dispatch.
Weekend orders
Orders placed after 12:30pm Saturday or anytime on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, regardless of delivery service selected.
