Same flavour twice or two different ones?
Your call - each tub is picked separately from the seven-flavour range. Most people pair a chocolate with a fruit or vanilla option so the second month does not taste like the first; doubling a favourite is equally valid.
Whey twice a day - is that overkill?
It depends on your food, not the powder: shakes exist to close the gap between what you eat and your protein target. Many lifters use one shake on food-heavy days and two when meals fall short - the tub does not mind either way.

Same-day dispatch
Order before 3:30pm Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch. Order before 12pm Saturday for Saturday dispatch.
Weekend orders
Orders placed after 12:30pm Saturday or anytime on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, regardless of delivery service selected.
