Before and after training
Mix PUMP into 300-400ml of water 20-30 minutes before you train. Take whey protein after training, and CRE daily - timing is not critical.

What's in the stack?

Is the creatine flavoured?
No - CRE is unflavoured micronised creatine monohydrate, so it mixes into anything without changing the taste.
Does PUMP contain caffeine?
No. PUMP is the stimulant-free tub, so it suits late sessions. STIM is the caffeinated one.
How much creatine should I take?
A daily creatine intake of 3g is standard. Follow the directions on the tub.

All orders are sent with 24h tracked delivery.
Same-day dispatch
Order before 3:30pm Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch. Order before 12pm Saturday for Saturday dispatch.
Weekend orders
Orders placed after 12:30pm Saturday or anytime on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, regardless of delivery service selected.
