Salicylic acid at 2%, the active the US label gives for the treatment of acne. The wash is oil-free and alcohol-free, with aloe vera gel and chamomile extract in the base.
How often should I use it?
Twice a day. Add water, work the wash into your hands, massage it gently over the affected area and rinse thoroughly.
Can I use it on my back and chest?
Yes — it's made for face and body, so one 188.5g (6.25oz) tube covers the sink and the shower. Keep it out of your eyes, and flush with water if any gets in.
Can I use it with ZAPZYT Acne Gel?
Yes — the tube itself suggests pairing the wash with ZAPZYT Acne Gel, and we stock the Zapzyt Maximum Strength 10% Benzoyl Peroxide gel. The label warns that using two acne medications at once can increase dryness or irritation, so if that happens, use only one unless a doctor says otherwise.
