How many gummies should I take a day?
Ages 13 and over: chew 1 gummy up to 4 times a day, with or without food. Children aged 4 to 12: 1 gummy a day. Spreading them through the day works better than taking them all at once.
How long does a tub of 120 last?
30 days at the full four a day for ages 13 and up, or 120 days at one a day. Most adults land somewhere between the two.
Can magnesium gummies upset my stomach?
They can if you take too many at once. The label warns that too much magnesium in one go may have a laxative effect; if it happens, reduce the serving.
What does the magnesium do?
