When aiming to gain muscle mass, we need to regularly fuel our bodies with portions of properly balanced food. What does properly balanced mean in this case? It refers to the correct ratio of protein to carbohydrates. The basic recommendation for diets aimed at increasing muscle mass is: 80% carbohydrate and 20% protein. Suggested Use:
Dissolve a single serving of the product - 70 g (3 scoops) - in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. Take 4 servings daily.
On workout days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving up to 1,5 hours after workout, other servings between meals.
On non-workout days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, remaining servings between meals.
