What do I get per day from all three?
Flex Guard (15g) gives 7.5g collagen, 296mg glucosamine, 750mg MSM, 150mg chondroitin, 20mg hyaluronic acid and 60mg vitamin C; Collagen Renover (10g) adds 9,320mg collagen and about 80mg vitamin C; three Glucosamine capsules add 900mg glucosamine. That's roughly 16.8g collagen and 1.2g glucosamine a day.
Which ingredients have an authorised claim?
Vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones and cartilage, and Flex Guard's calcium and magnesium, which contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Collagen, glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM have no authorised claims, so the Joint & Mobility Bundle makes no promises about pain or repair.
How long does each product last?
Flex Guard holds 25 daily servings, Glucosamine 90 capsules lasts 30 days at three a day, and Collagen Renover lasts about 35 days at 10g a day. Flex Guard runs out first, so reorder it a few days early.
How do I fit it into a day?
Stir 15g of Flex Guard into 200ml of water once a day and 5g of Collagen Renover into 100ml twice a day, ideally 30 minutes before meals. The Glucosamine is one capsule with 300ml of water three times a day, straight after meals.
Is it safe with a fish or shellfish allergy?
Not with a fish allergy: Flex Guard contains fish oil for its omega-3, and the Glucosamine label says it may contain fish. Glucosamine is often made from shellfish and the source isn't stated, so check the packs before using the bundle with a shellfish allergy.
Is the Trec Joint & Mobility Bundle vegetarian?
No — both collagen powders are animal-derived, even though the Glucosamine capsule shell is plant-based HPMC. You choose Mango Orange or Wildberry for Flex Guard and Mango-Passion, Cherry or Strawberry for Collagen Renover.
Who shouldn't use it?
The Glucosamine label says children and pregnant or breastfeeding women must not take it, and Trec gives the same advice across its supplements. Wildberry Flex Guard lists azorubine, a colour that may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
