How to use
Add 2 mL (about 32 drops or 0.4 tsp) to 32 oz of water (8 drops per 8 oz). For best results, take up to 4 times daily, especially before bed or after physical exertion. Prefer a quick shot? Take the full serving in as little as 4 oz of water.

What's in each serving of NO! Muscle Cramps?
Each 2ml serving (about 32 drops) gives 35mg magnesium, 120mg potassium, 95mg sodium, 325mg chloride and 20mg sulphate, from Great Salt Lake sea minerals, ConcenTrace and potassium chloride. The 120ml bottle holds 60 servings.
How do I mix it?
Add the 2ml serving to about a litre (32oz) of water, or 8 drops to a 240ml glass, and shake or stir well. You can also take the full 2ml in as little as 120ml of water as a concentrated shot.
How often can I take it?
Up to four servings a day if needed, and the label singles out before bed as a good time. At four a day the bottle lasts 15 days; at one a day it lasts 60.
What do the minerals actually do?
At the full four servings a day (140mg magnesium and 480mg potassium), magnesium and potassium contribute to normal muscle function, and magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance. NO! Muscle Cramps is the product's name, not a promise that it stops cramps.
I watch my salt — is the sodium a problem?
Each 2ml has 95mg sodium, so four servings add 380mg, roughly 1g of salt. If you've been told to limit sodium, check with your GP first.
Is it vegan and allergen-free?
Yes — the label lists it as certified vegan and gluten-free, with no known allergens. The ingredients are sea minerals, purified water, ConcenTrace trace minerals and non-GMO citric acid.
NO! Muscle Cramps or Mega-Mag?
Mega-Mag if you want a big magnesium dose: 400mg per 4ml. NO! Muscle Cramps is a lighter electrolyte mix with more potassium and sodium, made to be diluted into the water you drink around exercise or before bed.
