How to use
Add 48 drops (½ teaspoon) to each 32 oz of water (or 12 drops per 8 oz) and mix well. Adjust concentration as needed for taste or hydration goals. Each 1 fl oz bottle contains approximately 12 servings.

What's in a serving of Endure?
Half a teaspoon (48 drops) gives 100mg sodium from seawater, 150mg potassium, 45mg magnesium, 375mg chloride and 20mg sulphate. The only ingredients are seawater, ConcenTrace trace minerals, purified water and citric acid.
How do I dose it?
Add 48 drops (½ teaspoon) to about 950ml (32oz) of water, or 12 drops to a 240ml (8oz) glass, and mix. Add more or fewer drops to suit the taste and how much you're sweating.
How far does a 30ml bottle go?
About 12 full servings, which is roughly 11 litres of drink. That's why the 30ml size suits a race weekend, a running vest or a gym bag.
What does it taste like?
No flavouring is listed, so it tastes mildly salty and mineral with a slight citric note. It can go into plain water or your usual sports drink.
Endure 30ml or the 118ml bottle?
Same concentrate in a different size. Trace Minerals Endure Performance Electrolyte 118ml holds roughly four times as much and makes sense once you're using it every week.
Endure or ZeroLyte for heavy sweating?
