Is Rugby Acne Cream 10% a cream or a gel?

It is a gel. The carton reads "Acne Medication 10, Benzoyl Peroxide Gel USP, 10%" and describes a greaseless, vanishing formula in a 1.5oz (42.5g) tube.

How do I apply it?

Cleanse your skin thoroughly, then cover the entire affected area with a thin layer one to three times a day. If dryness or peeling becomes bothersome, the label says to cut back to once a day.

Should I start with the Rugby 5% instead?

If your skin is new to benzoyl peroxide, the Rugby Acne Cream 5% (also 1.5oz) is the gentler option. The 10% label itself notes that mild irritation may be reduced by using the product less often or in a lower concentration.
