Anything I should know?
Not suitable for individuals taking anticoagulants containing Vitamin K antagonists (e.g., warfarin or acenocoumarol). Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children.
Why bundle A, D, E and K into one tablet?
They are the four fat-soluble vitamins, so they travel well together in one serving taken with food. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and normal immune function, D to normal bones and immunity, E to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and K to normal bones and blood clotting.
