550mg of whole saw palmetto berry (Serenoa repens) per veg capsule, so a two-capsule serving gives 1,100mg. It's the ground berry, not a concentrated or standardised extract.
How many a day, and how long does the bottle last?
NOW's label says two capsules two to three times a day with water or food, which is four to six capsules daily. At that rate 100 capsules last 16 to 25 days; one two-capsule serving a day makes it 50 days.
Will saw palmetto help my prostate?
