How much ashwagandha is in each tablet?
300mg of Withania somnifera root extract standardised to 1.5% withanolides, which is 4.5mg withanolides per tablet. Ashwagandha has no authorised health claims in the UK, so we describe Levrone Gold Ashwagandha by its dose rather than promise effects.
How do I take it?
Two tablets a day: one in the morning and one in the evening, swallowed with plenty of water. That gives 600mg extract and 9mg withanolides a day; don't take more than two.
How long does the bottle last?
45 days at the label's two tablets a day (90 tablets ÷ 2).
What does 1.5% withanolides mean next to KSM-66?
It's the share of withanolides the extract is standardised to. Levrone's 1.5% extract gives 9mg a day from 600mg of extract; ESSENSEY Ashwagandha Exclusive KSM-66, which we also stock, gets 10mg from a single 200mg capsule because KSM-66 is standardised to 5%.
Who shouldn't take Gold Ashwagandha?
The label says it isn't for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women, and that it must not be taken with sedatives, sleeping tablets or anti-epileptic medicines. If you take any other medication, check with your doctor first.
Can I take it with LevroLegendary Lipo Burn?
Count the overlap first: Lipo Burn already contains 150mg of a 1.5% ashwagandha extract across its three daily tablets, so taking both means 750mg extract a day. Neither label sets a combined limit, so keep each to its own dose and ask a pharmacist if you're unsure.
