66mg per tablet (55mg added caffeine plus 11mg from guarana), so 198mg across the three daily tablets. The label says to keep your total under 400mg of caffeine a day from all sources.
How do I take it?
One tablet three times a day with water and a meal. The label says never on an empty stomach and not with alcohol.
How long can I use it for?
Four weeks at a time: the label says not to use LevroLegendary Lipo Burn for longer than 4 weeks, which is exactly one 90-tablet tub at three a day.
What's in the plant complex?
1,659mg of 13 extracts across three tablets, led by green tea (187.5mg, giving 93.8mg EGCG) and green coffee bean (187.5mg), with ashwagandha, bacopa, lion's mane, nettle root, ginger, guarana, cinnamon and sweet orange at 150mg each, plus ginkgo, cayenne and black pepper. It also adds 75mg L-carnitine, 75mg L-tyrosine and choline.
Will Lipo Burn make me lose weight on its own?
No — the claims we can make are that chromium (75µg, 188% NRV) contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels, and that niacin and vitamin B6 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Diet and training do the heavy lifting.
Who shouldn't take it?
The label rules it out for under-18s, pregnant or breastfeeding women and anyone on sedatives, sleeping tablets or anti-epileptic medicines. Don't take it on the same day as other green tea products, and keep EGCG below 800mg a day (Lipo Burn gives 93.8mg).
Can I take it with a caffeinated pre-workout?
Not on the same day — the label says not to combine Lipo Burn with other caffeine products. LEVRONE Scatterbrain and Shaaboom Pump, which we also stock, both contain caffeine.
