What's in the drops?
Purified water, monk fruit extract and a natural citrus extract that keeps it fresh. There's no erythritol or other sugar alcohol, which is why people who avoid erythritol often choose the drops over the granulated Lakanto blends.
Do I need to keep it in the fridge?
Yes, once it's open — Lakanto says to refrigerate after opening and use within 90 days. Shake the bottle well before each use.
Is it suitable for keto and sugar-free diets?

Can I bake a cake with the liquid drops?

Does Lakanto Liquid Monkfruit taste of anything besides sweet?
