Your questions, answered
How much creatine is in a serving?
Three gummies give 5000mg of creatine monohydrate, the full daily serving on the label. The tub holds 90 gummies, so Elemental Nutrition Creatine Gummies last exactly 30 days at three a day.
What does creatine actually do?
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise; that's the authorised claim, and it applies from 3g a day, so the 5000mg serving clears it. Think sprints, heavy sets and interval work rather than long steady cardio.
When should I chew them?
Before or after a workout, or at the same time each day; the label's aim is steady creatine levels, so take them on rest days too. Don't go over three gummies a day.
Are they vegan and sugar-free?
Yes — they're set with pectin instead of gelatine and carry Vegan Friendly and Gelatin Free marks. There's 0g sugar per serving because they're sweetened with maltitol syrup and stevia, but three gummies still have 8g carbohydrate and 34kcal.
Can the maltitol upset my stomach?
It can in large amounts: maltitol is a polyol, and too much of any polyol may have a laxative effect. Keeping to the three-gummy serving keeps the amount modest, and you can spread them through the day if you're sensitive.
Will they melt in a hot car or gym bag?
They can soften, which is why the label says to store the tub in a cool, dry place away from heat and moisture. Keep the lid closed so the gummies don't stick together.
Pineapple, Orange or Watermelon?
Purely a taste choice: we also stock Elemental Nutrition Creatine Gummies in Orange and Watermelon, each with 5000mg per three-gummy serving. If you'd rather not chew at all, an unflavoured powder such as Applied Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate 500g costs less per serving.
