Does C4 Whey Reese's contain peanuts?
Yes. Part of the flavour comes from partially defatted peanut flour, and the label lists milk and peanuts as allergens. Avoid it if you have a peanut or milk allergy.
What does it taste like, and how should I mix it?
Peanut butter and chocolate, made under official Reese's licence. One scoop in cold milk gives the richest shake, water keeps it lighter, and it stirs well into porridge or overnight oats.

No. C4 Whey uses sucralose and acesulfame potassium, so the sweetness doesn't come from added sugar; cocoa, salt, sunflower lecithin and xanthan and cellulose gums make up the rest.
