Anything I should know?

I train hard but sleep terribly - where does Animal PM fit?
PM is the Animal range's evening pack: 30 daily packs combining minerals, amino acids and botanical complexes traditionally taken as part of a wind-down routine. To be straight with you, UK rules do not permit sleep-outcome claims for supplements - and genuine sleep problems belong with your GP, not a capsule pack.
How do I use it - every night or just training nights?
The 30 packs are built as a month of nightly use, taken shortly before bed per the label. Most users run it daily through hard training phases, since recovery does not take rest days off.
Will it leave me groggy for my 6am alarm?
It is a supplement pack, not a sedative medicine - there is no drug in it to sleep off. As with any new evening formula, try your first pack on a night when the next morning is forgiving, and see how you personally respond.
Can I run PM alongside Animal Pak or Stak?
The range is designed to be combined - Pak in the morning as the foundation, PM at night is a classic pairing. Check the combined labels so you are not doubling any single ingredient beyond sensible intakes, which is standard practice when stacking multi-complex packs.
