How much magnesium does one scoop give?
One 3.5g scoop holds 1,000mg magnesium glycinate, providing 200mg of elemental magnesium, 53% of the NRV. The 168g tub gives 48 scoops, so it lasts 48 days at one a day.
What gives the Mixed Berry flavour and colour?
Natural mixed berry flavouring, stevia extract for sweetness and black carrot concentrate for the colour, with no added sugar. The tub also lists citric acid, acacia fibre and silica.
What's the trace mineral complex in the ingredients?
A small blend of magnesium chloride, sodium, potassium and sulphate that Ultra Lyte adds alongside the glycinate. Most of the magnesium still comes from the 1,000mg of magnesium glycinate.
When's the best time to drink it?
Whenever suits you: Ultra Lyte suggests one scoop in 200 to 300ml of water with breakfast, 30 minutes after training, or 30 to 60 minutes before bed. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function, normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Is it vegan and allergen-free?
