How to use

What's in a serving of 40,000 Volts!?
One teaspoon (4.9 ml, about 80 drops) provides 190 mg magnesium, 600 mg chloride, 150 mg potassium, 105 mg sodium, 20 mg sulphate and 950 mcg boron. The 237 ml bottle holds 48 of those servings.
How do I use the concentrate?
Shake well and spread up to 1 teaspoon a day across your drinks: 15–20 drops in a 24 oz (about 700 ml) bottle of water, or 40–80 drops in juice, a smoothie or a flavoured drink. Don't take the full teaspoon in one small glass.
Why is it so salty?
40,000 Volts! is an unflavoured concentrate of Utah sea minerals, ConcenTrace trace minerals and potassium chloride, so neat it tastes intensely salty and bitter. Juice, squash or a smoothie hide it far better than plain water.
What does it do for training and hot days?
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and potassium contributes to normal muscle function. One teaspoon gives about half the UK reference intake for magnesium.
How long does a bottle last?
48 days at the full 1-teaspoon serving, and a lot longer if you only add 15–20 drops to one bottle of water a day.
Is it vegan, and are there any side effects?
Trace Minerals labels 40,000 Volts! vegan and gluten-free, with no known allergens. As with any magnesium product, a large amount at once can loosen stools, which is another reason to split the drops through the day.
