How to use

What's in a Max-Hydrate Immunity tablet?
500mg vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), 200mg potassium, 150mg sodium, 50mg magnesium (as citrate) and 15mg calcium, in a 4.5g lemon-lime tablet with 15 calories.
What does the 'Immunity' part mean?
It's the vitamin C: 500mg per tablet is 625% of the UK reference intake, and vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The current Max-Hydrate Immunity formula contains no zinc.
How do I use it?
Drop one tablet into 120–180ml (4–6 oz) of water, wait until it has fully dissolved, then drink. Add more water for a milder taste; the minerals per tablet stay the same.
How many tablets are in the box?
Eight tubes of 10, so 80 tablets. The sealed tubes are light enough to keep one in a gym bag or at your desk.
Is it sugar-free and vegan?
No sugar is listed: it's sweetened with xylitol and stevia leaf extract, with 3g carbohydrate per tablet. The previous Trace Minerals tube was marked gluten-free, sugar-free and certified vegan, and Trace says the new packaging has the same ingredients.

Anything to watch?
The tablets contain xylitol, which can have a laxative effect in large amounts and is toxic to dogs. If you take another vitamin C supplement, add them up, because one tablet already gives 500mg.
