Keto & Diabetic Friendly - won't spike your blood sugar.
Why choose SweetLeaf?
SweetLeaf is a trusted name, and every product is sold as genuine UK stock by Vitamingo.
I drink a pumpkin spice latte every single autumn morning - which size keeps up?
This one - the 60ml, 288-serving Pumpkin Spice bottle is built for a daily habit: a few drops in coffee or a milky latte give the autumn-spice flavour with zero sugar and zero calories, morning after morning.
I've tried stevia before and hated the aftertaste - why would this be different?
A bitter, liquorice-like aftertaste is the classic stevia complaint, and it usually comes from adding too much rather than from the leaf itself. Sweet Drops are deliberately concentrated: add a few drops, stir and taste before adding more - and the Pumpkin Spice flavour itself helps round out the profile. Most people find their sweet spot within a drink or two.
How many drops replace a teaspoon of sugar?
There is no fixed spoon-for-spoon rule because the drops are far more concentrated than sugar. Start with a few drops per cup or glass, stir, taste, then add a drop at a time until it is right for you - the label carries a suggested conversion guide if you want a starting point.
I'm cutting sugar hard - keto on weekdays, watching everything - does this actually fit?
It adds sweetness without sugar or calories - the label lists zero of both - which is why it is a staple in keto and low-carb kitchens. If you are managing diabetes it will not add sugar to your food or drink, but keep your GP or diabetes nurse in the loop on your overall diet rather than leaning on any one product.
This 60ml bottle or the 1.7 fl oz one?
Same flavour, different commitment: the 1.7 fl oz bottle in this range is the seasonal taster, this 288-serving bottle is the every-morning value size, and the Sweet Pumpkin 6-pack exists for the truly devoted.
