How many drops should I use per cup?
About 5 drops matches a teaspoon of sugar, which is also the label serving. Start with fewer and taste, because stevia turns bitter if you overdo it.
Does it contain real hazelnut? I have a nut allergy.
Check the bottle before you use it. A US retailer's copy of the label lists hazelnut among the ingredients, alongside purified water, organic stevia leaf extract and natural flavours, so if you have a tree-nut allergy, don't use Sweet Drops Hazelnut until you've confirmed the allergen information.
What does it work best in?
Coffee, lattes, hot chocolate, overnight oats and chocolate protein shakes. As a liquid it adds sweetness and flavour but no bulk, so use it in drinks and wet mixes rather than to replace the sugar in a sponge.
