This is the 2 fl oz (60ml) glass dropper bottle with 288 five-drop servings, sweetened with stevia and flavoured with cocoa extract. The Sweetleaf Sweet Drops Chocolate 1.7 fl oz we also stock is a 50ml squeeze bottle with a glycerin base and about 50 one-squeeze servings.
Is there real chocolate in it?
There's cocoa extract for flavour, but no cocoa solids, sugar, milk or fat. The ingredients are purified water, cocoa extract, organic stevia leaf extract and natural flavours.
How much should I add to a drink?
Five drops, one serving, replace a teaspoon of sugar. Stir 5 to 10 drops into hot milk for a sugar-free hot chocolate, or into black coffee for a quick mocha.
Can I bake with it?
Yes, for flavour and sweetness: SweetLeaf's guide puts 1 teaspoon of drops in place of half a cup of sugar. Drops don't add bulk or help browning, so pair them with unsweetened cocoa in recipes written for liquid stevia.
