How sweet is one SweetLeaf stevia packet?
About as sweet as two teaspoons of sugar, according to SweetLeaf. The label serving is half a packet, so the box of 70 can sweeten up to 140 lightly sweetened cups.
What's in each packet?
Three ingredients: inulin (a plant fibre that carries the stevia), stevia leaf extract and silica to stop it clumping. Each packet weighs 0.8g and contains no artificial sweeteners.
Is SweetLeaf Stevia Sweetener keto-friendly?
Yes — each serving has 0 calories, 0g carbohydrate and 0g sugar, so it fits keto and low-carb eating. The box is also Non-GMO Project Verified and certified halal and kosher.
Is it a good swap if I'm cutting down on sugar?
Yes — consuming foods or drinks containing steviol glycosides instead of sugar contributes to the reduction in blood glucose rise after their consumption compared to sugar-containing foods or drinks. If you manage diabetes, keep your overall diet under review with your GP or diabetes nurse.
Does it work in cold drinks?

Can I bake with the packets?
