Two capsules give chromium 35mcg, zinc 10mg, biotin 1,000mcg, niacin 10mg, folate 667mcg DFE, vitamin B12 2.4mcg, thiamin 1mg, vitamin D 10mcg and vanadium 10mcg. They also contain a 1,200mg herbal blend led by berberine and cassia cinnamon (825mg with white mulberry, gymnema, fenugreek, bitter melon and nettle), plus ashwagandha, moringa, L-theanine and lion's mane, and green tea, turmeric, alpha lipoic acid, resveratrol and CoQ10.
What can it actually do?
Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels, and zinc contributes to normal carbohydrate metabolism; both are at useful levels here. Snap Blood Sugar Blend is a food supplement, not a treatment for diabetes or prediabetes.
How many capsules do I take?
Two capsules a day. The bottle pictured holds 60 capsules, a 30-day supply, and Snap asks you to finish it within 90 days of opening.
Can I take it with metformin or other diabetes medicines?
