Each capsule has 500 mg horsetail aerial parts extract (Equisetum arvense), standardised to 7% silica, which works out at 35 mg silica per capsule.
How do I take HorseTail VEGE?

Does horsetail help hair and nails?
Horsetail has a long tradition in hair-and-nail routines because of its natural silica, but neither horsetail nor silica has an authorised health claim in the UK, so we can't promise results. We describe the extract and dose instead.
