How to use it
Take 4 capsules with 16 fl. oz. of water twice a day - once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water daily. Do not exceed recommended dosage. For short-term use for temporary water weight loss. Do not take for more than 10 consecutive days.

What's in MHP Xpel?
Each 4-capsule serving has a 1,200mg herb blend (uva-ursi leaf, juniper berry, dandelion, horsetail, hydrangea root, buchu leaf, couch grass and cornsilk) and 986mg of calcium, potassium and magnesium salts. It also contains 50mg vitamin B6, plus green tea and guarana extracts that provide 75mg caffeine.
How do I take Xpel, and how long does a bottle last?
Four capsules with 16 fl oz (about 475ml) of water twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, and at least 6–8 glasses of water across the day. That's 8 capsules a day, so the 80-capsule bottle is exactly one 10-day course, and the directions say not to take it for more than 10 consecutive days.
How much caffeine is in Xpel?
75mg per 4-capsule serving, so 150mg a day at two servings, about as much as one and a half mugs of instant coffee. Count it alongside coffee, pre-workouts and energy drinks, and take the afternoon dose early if caffeine affects your sleep.
Will Xpel help me lose weight?
No. Any change on the scales during a short course is water, not body fat, and UK rules don't allow weight-loss claims for this kind of herb blend. In bodybuilding it's traditionally used for a few days before a show or photoshoot.
Is the vitamin B6 dose high?
Yes. Two servings provide 100mg of vitamin B6 a day, ten times the 10mg a day the UK Food Standards Agency advises not to exceed. That's another reason to stick to the 10-day limit and not take other B6 supplements during the course.
Who should check before taking Xpel?
Speak to a GP or pharmacist first if you take any medicine, especially water tablets or blood-pressure medicine, or if you have kidney, heart or blood-pressure problems. Don't use it if you're pregnant or breastfeeding without medical advice.
Is MHP Xpel vegetarian?
No. The capsule shell is gelatine, coloured with titanium dioxide and FD&C Blue No. 2.
