Does Shaaboom Pump contain stimulants?
Shaaboom Pump is built around citrulline malate, beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate and AAKG for pump. For a high-stimulant option, look at Scatterbrain.
What's the routine this Train & Recover stack is built around?
The oldest one in the book: Shaaboom Pump 20-30 minutes before you train, Levro ISO Whey after. The isolate delivers 25.5g of protein per serving - and protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass - while the pre-workout covers the front end of the session.
Anything I should know before using the Shaaboom half?
As with any stimulant pre-workout, check the label for the caffeine per serving and count it towards your daily total. It is not one for under-18s or during pregnancy - start with a reduced serving to test tolerance and avoid taking it late in the evening.
What flavour combinations are on the menu?
Six pairings: Cookies with Cream, Chocolate or Coffee Frappe for the whey, against Sour Watermelon or Orange for Shaaboom Pump. Coffee Frappe whey with Orange pre-workout is the pairing for people who like their supplements to taste like a cafe order.
Is the bundle better value than buying the two tubs alone?

Same-day dispatch
Order before 3:30pm Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch. Order before 12pm Saturday for Saturday dispatch.
Weekend orders
Orders placed after 12:30pm Saturday or anytime on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, regardless of delivery service selected.
