How do I take it at bedtime?
Dissolve the tablets under the tongue as the label directs - they're small, quick-dissolving and need no water, so a dose is easy even in the middle of the night. Follow the pack's dosing table and ask a pharmacist if unsure.
Will it sedate me like a sleeping pill?
