How to use it
Adults and children 12 years and over: Dissolve 2-3 tablets under tongue every 4 hours, or as needed. If the initial dosage is not providing relief, dissolve 2-3 tablets under tongue every 15 minutes, for up to 6 doses. Under 12 years of age: Consult a physician.

What uses are printed on the Hyland's Leg Cramps box?
Temporary relief of stiffness, pain in the limbs, joints or legs, and cramps in the calves, feet or legs. The box adds that these claims rest on traditional homeopathic practice, not accepted medical evidence.
How many doses are in a box of 50?
Between 16 and 25, because each dose is 2–3 tablets dissolved under the tongue, every 4 hours as needed, for adults and children 12 and over. If the first dose isn't helping, the label allows 2–3 tablets every 15 minutes, up to 6 doses.
What's in the tablets?
Seven homeopathic actives, including Cinchona officinalis 3X, Magnesia phosphorica 6X and Gnaphalium polycephalum 3X, in tablets made from acacia gum and lactose. Because Cinchona is the bark quinine comes from, the label asks anyone sensitive to quinine to see a doctor first.
Is it a problem if I'm lactose intolerant?
It might be: lactose is one of only two inactive ingredients, so ask a pharmacist if you're sensitive to it. The lactose also means the tablets aren't vegan.
Which Hyland's Leg Cramps pack should I pick?
This 50-tablet box is the smaller pack; Hyland's Leg Cramps 100 is the larger box, and Leg Cramps PM is the bedtime version, labelled for sleeplessness as well as cramps. All three are tablets dissolved under the tongue.
Tablets or the Leg Cramps Ointment?
The tablets work by mouth from age 12, while Hyland's Leg Cramps Ointment is rubbed into the leg up to 4 times a day from age 6. The ointment contains no Cinchona, so it carries no quinine warning.

Ask a health professional before use if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, and ask a doctor before giving the tablets to a child under 12. Stop and see a doctor if symptoms last more than 7 days or get worse.
